When my friend Emily asked if I wanted to join her on a day trip to Munich, I immediately agreed. Our journey was relatively uneventful; we played Tick, our favorite game! And then made an obligatory stop at McDonald's (better over here, I promise).
Here is where I’m supposed to insert a fact about this building. But, in order to do that, I’d need to know the name of said building.
I’d never been to the BMW Museum before, so Emily led the way there. The two of us looked at cars for approximately 30 seconds, and then sat on one of the nice leather couches and talked about what we think we'll be like when we're pregnant. You only think I'm kidding...

I did like this car, though. If I could have driven away in it, I would have.
Not obsessed with cars, am obsessed with Munich…
The end.
when i was in europe i ate more mcdonalds than i have my whole life living in the states! i think it's better for you over there :)
i love munich! it's my favorite!
the car museum sounds cool! i love train trips :) it looks so nice and cool in munich!!
Your conversation about pregnancy!!!! Hahahahaha. That is exactly what I have planned for myself, too! It will be magical. In reality, I will probably look and feel like a bloated toad for at least two years. This is a real concern of mine. Eric thinks I am going to look awesome. He might be surpriiiiised.
Also, one day in Munich was not enough. I want to go back and have you give me a tour.
that sounds like a lovely trip! i keep finding the more you write about your adventures over there, the more i realize i HAVE to go and visit every single place. that last picture cracks me up.
I hope you ate a pretzel while you were there! And maybe drank some Radler? I brought the concept of Radlers back to the US and impressed all my friends with it. Now, because of me, I know guys who poor crystal lite lemonade packets into their beer to make a very Texas-trash Radler.
I feel like I'm going to start receiving anti-anti-beyonce hate mail. I'll let you know when it starts
look at you two. adorable and in love. just wait till you get married. just kidding...
i love munich and the next time i go there i'm making you meet me there.
I visited friends in Munich this past April - awesome city. While they were at work one day I just wandered all around town taking pictures and soaking it all in...beautiful.
okay, when on earth was this trip taken? why are you wearing so many clothes? obviously you are way behind on blogging or I need to take a trip to Germany to cool down. its SO hot in Barcelona!
i just saw the tweet about it being freezing in bavaria. so weird!
You can totally tell the difference between Polish and German trains. The German train system is so clean and efficient. It's great. Polish trains on the other hand....well...most seem like they've been working since before the war. And the train stations? Don't even get me started!
I also love the bears around Munich!
It must have been chilly because you are bundled up. Weren't you saying something on Twitter this weekend about how cold it is? It's cooled off here in the Midwest this weekend. Today it is in the delicious 80's.
lol. I have never wanted to go to poland, or germany { i know you want to throw things at me right now} {but I do LOVE beyonce.. points at all?}
but now that I am able to see it through your blog I really really want to go! Everything looks so beautiful,so interesting, and so chilly!
prettty please, where did you get that coat your wearing?? Do tell!
