Step 4: Ignore your friends when they get bored watching (they’re just jealous of your stamina).
Step 5: Team up with a friend for some partner exercises and remember – resistance is key (???).
Step 6: Don't forget to enjoy the view.
Step 7: After your 3 minute workout has concluded, walk home to eat a snack & take a nap. You’ve earned it.

that's really awesome! it's far superior to the outdoor public gyms i've seen across the US. ours are usually just old, splintered pieces of wood. but those move! {i am way too excited about this} :)
