i au-paired with kayla for a day.
i use the term ‘au-paired’ very loosely.
because kayla is an au-pair and i am not.
so on the day of my visit, she actually tended to the children, while i stood around and commented on how adorable the girls are.
they are very adorable, i concluded.
if you don’t believe me….see for yourself:
{the younger sister, age 2}
{the older sister, age 5}
{scrambled eggs for breakfast}
{learning how to use the camera*}
{a ‘family’ photo-shoot gone wrong}
{a serious conversation on the steps}
*while playing with my camera, i asked the older of the two, who clearly loved taking photos, “what do you want to be when you grow up? a photographer?”. turns out, she wants to be a florist! kayla tells me that that, indeed, is her current life ambition. how adorable is that?
they are astoundingly cute
Yes, they melt my heart :) But so does your shirt! Where can I find one? Its awosome! (See, I concentrate on the most important message of your post,haha)
thanks dear :)
Awww, adorbs!
And I, too, love the T-shirt!
au-pairing for one day? haha :D Yes, they ARE cute!
They are SOOOO cute!!
aw, what a pair of cuties!
Ahh! This makes me miss my little cuties!
Us trying to take pictures of Cayetana right before her nap time was not our greatest success!
ahhh! those girls are so precious. and i love the fact that she wants to be a florist! so cute, i might die.
I'm so awkward with kids. Hopefully when I get knocked up my motherly intuitions will kick in, because right now they are alarmingly absent...lol.
And I don't think I even know what a florist was when I was her age...
aww very cute! What a little cutie pie.
they are way too cute :)
"Marcela, what do you want to do when you are older?" -Me
"I don't know what it is called in English, but I want to put all the flowers together and make them look pretty" -Marcela
what precious girls! and dreams of becoming a florist... that is too cute!
Awww, what cute girls! And you look right at home, totally profesh. : )

I wanna be a florist... never heard that before, so adorable! xo
I love all of these pictures so much!
How fun!!! I would love to be a nanny!
Those girls are super cute! Does your friend like being an au pair? I always thought about doing that after college, but then I met a cute guy, and got engaged about six months after graduation. I don't think they usually welcome married couples as au-pairs :)
look like you enjoy it :)
great
well holiday is holiday :)
have fun
